Founded in 1963 by Jacques and his wife Anne-Marie, Champagne Jacques Copin goes through the ages, respecting the values of authenticity, quality and sustainability.
Now, the farm is run by Bruno and Marielle, accompanied by their two children, Lucile and Mathieu. The transmission from generation to generation of a historical and unique know-how allows the family to exploit with precision and success their native land: Verneuil.
The alliance of reasoned practices (grassing, reasoned pruning ...), old methods (manual work in the vineyard, vinification in oak barrels ...) with a modern working tool (thermo-regulated stainless steel vat room, micro-vinification ...) allows the creation of unique champagnes.
